In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jana9" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at jana9.io, including all associated web pages, features, and services.
• "Player", "You", or "User" means any individual who registers for or uses a jana9 account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the jana9 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of jana9 is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date on which this version of the Terms and Conditions comes into force.

By accessing the jana9 platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by jana9, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the jana9 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jana9. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and close your Account.

To register and maintain an Account with jana9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jana9 strictly prohibits the registration or use of its services by any person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or by a corporation, trust, or other legal entity, are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or requires a specific licence that jana9 does not hold.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the jana9 platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of jana9 or any of its affiliated technology or service partners.

To access real-money services on jana9, you must complete the registration process and create a valid Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. jana9 may request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, age, or source of funds at any time.
• Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the jana9 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• jana9 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise assigning your Account or any funds or benefits associated with it is prohibited.
• You must notify jana9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• jana9 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that it reasonably believes has been registered using false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, jana9 may require Players to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

jana9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are specified within the jana9 cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account balance within three (3) minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. jana9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile wallet operators.
• jana9 does not accept deposits made using funds belonging to a third party. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• jana9 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or impose additional verification requirements where it suspects the source of funds may be unlawful.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. jana9 may require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending security review.
• jana9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own service charges.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

jana9 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All such promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. jana9 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion and to withdraw or modify any offer at its discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available only to new Players making their first deposit. Each eligible Player may claim a welcome bonus once only.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be converted to real-money withdrawable balance. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its associated terms.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within a specified time window (e.g., 7 days or 30 days). Unused bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the stated period will expire automatically.
• jana9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has attempted to abuse or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of low-risk hedging bets, matched betting strategies, or multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories. Where bonus restrictions apply (e.g., bonus valid on slots only, or excluding certain live casino tables), these will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

All bets placed on the jana9 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. jana9 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet except as expressly provided in the applicable game or sport rules.
• jana9 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, including obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or system malfunctions. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with jana9's published event rules for the relevant sport. Unsettled bets on abandoned events will generally be voided unless a minimum number of overs, periods, or rounds have been completed as specified in the applicable rules.
• Live in-play betting is subject to delays and data latency. jana9 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that was superseded between the time of bet placement and confirmation.
• The maximum payout on any single bet is subject to the maximum win limits published in the applicable sport or game rules. jana9 reserves the right to limit bet stakes for any Player at any time without notice.
• All casino games operated through jana9 use certified random number generation (RNG) software or live dealer studios sourced from licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. jana9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jana9 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent stage of the Account verification process.
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game data, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or betting market offered on jana9.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, technical glitches, or manifest pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Attempting to launder funds, structure transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or otherwise use jana9 for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any jana9 employee, support agent, or other Player.
• Accessing jana9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to disguise your true geographic location.

All content on the jana9 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the intellectual property of jana9 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jana9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any jana9 content without prior written consent from jana9.
• You must not use any jana9 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that suggests endorsement by or affiliation with jana9 without written authorisation.
• Game content and software provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) remain the intellectual property of the respective studio and are subject to the studio's own licensing terms.

jana9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the jana9 Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and Account use is processed for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• jana9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. Player data is stored securely and is not sold to unaffiliated third parties.

• jana9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from betting decisions, game outcomes, system downtime, or data transmission errors.
• jana9 is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment failures, acts of God, or regulatory interventions.
• jana9's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player to their jana9 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits jana9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Either you or jana9 may terminate your Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You may close your Account at any time by contacting the jana9 support team at [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed following Account closure, subject to KYC requirements.
• jana9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for prohibited conduct; (c) continuing to maintain your Account presents a risk to jana9, other players, or third parties; or (d) you have requested self-exclusion.
• Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jana9 may forfeit any Account balance, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the severity of the breach.
• Following legitimate Account closure by a Player who is not in breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

jana9 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jana9 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the jana9 platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
